Anglo French Part VII Transfer

 

The transfer of US liability insurance underwritten by Anglo French Ltd. from SCOR UK Company Limited to R&Q Gamma Company Limited by means of an insurance business transfer scheme under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 was sanctioned at a hearing on 3 March 2020 by Mrs Justice Falk and took effect on 5 March 2020.
