Six former World Number Ones, including legendary rivals Peter Nicol and Jonathon Power, are to go head-to-head to compete in the Randall & Quilter Legends of Squash event to be held April 8-12, 2014 at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association.
The event will play host to a world class line up including Peter Nicol and Jonathon Power, the most famous rivalry in squash, along with former world #1 and World champions David Palmer of Australia, Thierry Lincou of France, John White of Scotland and England’s Lee Beachill and Simon Parke. The 8-man exhibition event will be completed with Bermuda’s own former world #63 Nick Kyme.
Nicol, world number one for an incredible 60 months and winner of every major event in the game, said: “All the players are so excited to be heading back to Bermuda. We’re going to have some great games, get a chance to work with all the kids and hopefully some time to get to really see Bermuda. I can’t wait.”
The Randall & Quilter Legends of Squash event will also offer a massive coaching boost to Bermuda’s players with 12 junior clinics and two adult clinics being hosted allowing individuals to get on court and improve their game by working with a former world number one.
Tickets are available only at the BSRA.
