Registration for the Norwich R&Q Rendez-Vous is limited to risk carriers and those representing risk carriers.

The cost for 2011 is £500 per delegate.

Please find attached the registration form.  Complete your details, press "Submit Form" and in due course, your name will appear on the delegate list.
