The Fourteenth Annual R&Q Rendez-Vous

We will be staging the 14th Annual R&Q Rendez-Vous between 7th & 9th June 2010.

As always, preference is given to risk carriers. Lawyers, consultants and the like representing risk carriers or who sponsor the event in some form are also able to attend but must state who they are representing on their registration form.

Charges are made per delegate and per booth. These booths are erected in St Andrews Hall, which is a halls complex. This gives the facility of having numerous small offices for private discussions without having to leave the halls. Each booth has power and the hall is covered by a wireless broadband connection.

The opening dinner will be held on Monday night at Norwich City Football Ground again this year, which is located about a mile from St Andrews Hall. This will be a good opportunity to catch up with old friends before meetings begin first thing on Tuesday morning.

Sponsors will provide a cocktail party in the grounds of Norwich Cathedral on the Tuesday evening and a farewell luncheon will be held on the Wednesday providing further opportunities for networking and meeting counter parties. The whole event is staged to facilitate and promote commutations discussions.

Although it is organised primarily as a cost effective means of meeting principals on behalf of R&Q's own clients, the commutations Rendez-Vous also works well for all delegates and even our competitors. The charges are pitched at a level to cover costs, with travel and accommodation being arranged by the delegates themselves, although help is provided in that area where necessary.

R&Q has an excellent reputation in the field of commutation and the Rendez-Vous events are at the heart of this. The range of contacts we have, and the goodwill generated by organising this prestigious market event, means we have made a niche for ourselves in this newly emerging area. With such a range of contacts this enables us to operate the most effective credit control procedures on behalf of clients.
