Registration

As per the Norwich event, registration to Cologne is restricted to risk carriers and their representatives.

Please see the link to the right hand side for a copy of the 2010 Cologne Brochure. Also included is a link to an "amendable" booking form which may be completed on your screen and emailed back by pressing "Submit Form" to megan.davies@rqih.com .

The cost of registration is EUR €550.00 per delegate. In the event of a cancellation, a charge of EUR €200 will be made, up to 19 February 2010. After this date, no refunds will be given.

There is no official cut off for registration however if you leave it too late, you will not be featured within the delegate list booklet due to print deadlines.
