Randall & Quilter Canada Holdings Limited (“the Company”), a Canadian entity, was formally dissolved on 17 September 2020.

Following the fraudulent reinstatement of the Company by unknown parties, it has been dissolved by Corporations Canada. Anyone purporting to act on the Company’s behalf is doing so without licence or warrant from the R&Q Group. Any information in this matter should be reported to secretariat@rqih.com.
