  • Served as President of Reinsurance Solutions LLC (RSL) from 1995 until its acquisition by R&Q America Holdings Inc in 2010, and was appointed Managing Director of Guy Carpenter LLC when RSL became a wholly owned subsidiary of it in 2002.
  • The founder of RSL as a joint venture company between CIGNA Property & Casualty and Sedgwick Re.
  • Prior to this was the President of the Select Markets Group which included small commercial, personal lines, farm and ranch lines of business and represented $400m in written premium.
  • Has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.
  • A member of the American Management Association and the University of Rochester Society.
