  • Current responsibilities at R&Q include sales and marketing, IT, facilities, state filings and acting Corporate Secretary for R&Q USA, RSL, ETMC and John Heath & Company Inc.
  • Played a key role in the formation and successful launch of R&Q Reinsurance Solutions LLC (RSL) in 1995 and subsequently managed the Company's IT and Human Resources departments, with responsibility for systems, payroll, benefits, employee relations, legal and regulatory affairs, organizational design and staffing.
  • Also managed RSL's proprietary ceded reinsurance processing system: The FIRST System.
  • Began insurance career in CIGNA's Corporate Marketing Department before moving to the Property & Casualty Division to manage Market Planning and Analysis.
  • Became Director of Business Development and Communication for the Small Commercial Business Group and was later named AVP of the Select Markets Group with responsibility for managing Farm and Ranch products, field underwriting and commercial small business product development.
  • Prior to CIGNA, was a systems consultant for Andersen Consulting in Washington, D.C. and served 2 years in the White House, Executive Office of the President, as the Manager of Executive Information Systems.
  • Joined R&Q in November 2010 following the purchase of RSL by the Group.
