  • Involved in the Insurance industry for over twenty years; commencing as a Reinsurance Coordinator and progressing on to be an Account Executive within one of the Northeast's largest Property and Casualty companies responsible for negotiating reinsurance contract renewals
  • Joined R&Q in 2005 to head the reinsurance department of the newly acquired Transport Insurance Company. Responsible for the day to day activities of the reinsurance division along with management and board reporting
  • Assists in the preparation of company regulatory and scheme/liquidation filings
  • Completed the design structure for automating the ceded reinsurance programs of Transport Insurance Company and conversion of the reinsurance function into the Group's owned IT platform
  • Work on the team responsible for commuting inwards/outwards contracts for R&Q's owned assets in the U.S.
