Heads the Human Resources Function for the Group's UK operations, including:

  • Managing the HR aspects of Group acquisitions, including TUPE transfers.
  • Overseeing Management Development and Leadership Training.
  • Managing the recruitment, selection and induction programmes.
  • Playing a key role in succession planning.
  • Managing the Company Reward Strategy.

Has over 20 years experience in the Human Resources sector, with over 7 years of this being engaged in senior HR roles within the Insurance sector.

Previously Head of Human Resources for St Paul Syndicate Services Limited with responsibility for managing the HR aspects of both the company change programme and the restructure of its business operations.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Jo is also qualified in the use of NLP techniques and is a Certified Professional Coach.
