  • Manages the Group's US service operation, including client services, systems support services, human resources and corporate accounting.
  • Heads the executive team responsible for setting and executing the US Group's strategic plans.
  • Is responsible for developing and expanding US service operations by organic growth and for identifying potential US acquisition targets.
  • Provides infrastructure support services to acquired US insurance entities.
  • Has worked in the global (re)insurance industry for over 25 years, mostly engaged with consulting and run-off insurance companies in the US.
  • Previous positions include EVP of Reinsurance Solutions LLC, VP of the Home Insurance Company and, formerly, Marine Division Manager for the English and American Group where he was ultimately instrumental in setting up the Group's subsidiary company in New York.
  • Graduated with a B.A.Degree in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG.
  • A member of the Association of Chartered Accountants in the US, the Society of Financial Managers and the Society of Financial Examiners.
