Purchase of shares by the RQIH Employee Benefit Trust

The Company announces that the Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 1,824 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 107.5p.

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns a total of 1,219,824 ordinary shares of 2p, representing 2.18 per cent. of the issued share capital.
