Portfolio Transfer of R&Q Theta Designated Activity Company to Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited

R&Q Theta Designated Activity Company (“R&Q Theta”) is proposing to transfer all non-life insurance business to Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited (“AIEL”) by means of a portfolio transfer under Section 13 of the Assurance Companies Act, 1909, Section 36 of the Insurance Act, 1989 and Regulation 41 of the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations, 2015.

The hearing of the petition has been set down for 11 am on 4 October 2022. Any person who wishes to be heard on the hearing of the said petition should notify R&Q Theta by email at enquiries@rqih.com and also in writing at Arthur Cox LLP, Ten Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 quoting ref CK no later than 29 September 2022 of his/her intention to appear on the said Petition and should indicate whether such person or persons support or oppose the said Petition.
