PDMR Shareholding/Total Voting Rights

The Company has issued a total of 74,373 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each to Todd Campbell, Chief Executive Officer and President of Accredited (US), in accordance with his service contract. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 74,373 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 3 May 2019.

As a result, Mr Campbell’s total interest in the Company is 171,278 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.

As a result of this transaction the total issued share capital will therefore increase to 195,917,568 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. There are no shares held in Treasury and the total voting rights will therefore be 195,917,568.
