COVID-19 Response

Response to COVID-19 Coronavirus – March 23, 2020

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (‘R&Q’) is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our employees, our clients and our suppliers.

Out of an abundance of caution and to do our part in practising social distancing, the company has implemented a policy of remote working for all employees with effect from 23 March 2020.

Until it is determined to be safe, our offices will be closed to visitors, all business travel has been postponed and all face-to-face meetings have been cancelled.  The Company has taken steps to ensure all employees have the ability to work remotely.  While working remotely, our employees have access to emails, electronic files and phone messages.  In addition, procedures have been developed to handle incoming calls.

We have made adjustments to how we work during this global health crisis in an effort to protect our staff and continue to provide an uninterrupted service to you.  You can contact the company via phone or email (see the information provided on the Contact Us page).

If you have documentation for the Company that you would otherwise send in the mail, please scan this documentation and email it with a covering note to enquiries@rqih.com or, if for the attention of our Finance Department, to finance@rqih.com.
