If you are applying for a specific vacancy which has been advertised, please forward an up to date cv, together with a covering letter outlining the reasons why you have applied and how your skills and experience match the vacancy.   Please forward all applications to the Human Resources Department (careers@rqih.com).

Graduates and School Leavers

To apply for a vacancy please complete the attached Application Form and submit this, together with your CV and a Covering Letter stating clearly which position you are applying for, to the Human Resources Department (careers@rqih.com).

If you are selected for an interview be prepared to discuss how your strengths, skills and experience would benefit our organization. You should also prepare a list of questions to ask at your interview on the role, research R&Q, our strategy, business structure, competitive strengths and how we have evolved.

Assessment Tests

Assessment tests may be used as part of the recruitment process. These take the form of the following:

Ability Tests – ie numerical and verbal tests which are multiple choice questions and will be completed on line. Your achievement is measured on the number of correct answers you have in the time allowed.

Personality Questionnaires – these measure a candidates’ preference for certain types of behaviour. There is no right or wrong answer. The information provided will be considered when assessing a candidates’ suitability for a particular role.

Interview process

The interview process will normally consist of a technical face to face interview and a competency based interview at first interview stage. A second stage interview will be held with the Head of Division prior to any appointment being made. For graduate vacancies this would also involve a presentation to the senior management team.
